Meet Cat.

Catherine began her career in the restaurant industry over sixteen years ago, working her way up the ladder from hostess, line cook, and every job in between to becoming an Operations Manager for Michelin Star and James Beard Award-winning Chef Jose Andres.


She worked her way through college, earning an Interior Design degree, a Finance degree, and an International business degree at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. In Washington. In 2016, Catherine moved to Louisville to open her own vegetable- centric restaurant concept, Naive. She has since grown the company from a 10’x10’ tent to a catering company, wholesale business, and a brick & mortar restaurant.

Today, you can find her overseeing operations, remodeling the backyard, and expanding the company with a new restaurant concept slated to open fall of 2021.

Meet drew.

A native to Kentucky, Drew began his culinary career through passion and reminiscences of childhood favorites and influences. His culinary journey came after an unexpected move to Cincinnati where he notably worked for A Tavola, Money Chicken, Mochiko, and Pleasantry. In 2018, Drew relocated back to Louisville, Kentucky to work as a Sous Chef for USA Today “Best New Restaurant” Butchertown Grocery. Drew’s style of cooking has a strong background of French techniques with an appreciation of seasonality, and a focus for the purity of native ingredients. Drew’s affection for the restaurant industry is a continuous driver for learning and pushing the envelope with innovative cuisines, and his love to share his hard work with others through the enjoyment of food.

You can often find Drew working on the line during a service, creating new menus, working with purveyors, and educating his staff on proper culinary techniques. Outside of work, Drew enjoys repairing and riding motorcycles, reading cookbooks, and hiking.
